These look like Atchafalaya bread from the Atchafalaya Cafe in New Orleans. They won't give the recipe, but these look exactly like them. Thanks for sharing, can't wait to try.

They are yummy!, and just as good cold, I think at room temperature you can really taste the cheeses better..
